"That was a marvellous game. I personally think that my players have shown their eagerness to win the game. And Alhamdulillah, we won it. Fikri shown us a very good defending. El Cid (Campeador) really is a tough one. Winning and losing is always part of a game. If we lose that doesn't mean we're bad or something. It's just the steps and trial that we have to endure, before we actually win. Besides, Allah wants us to struggle. Its ok to lose as long as we work hard. Right guys?"

Arif Hamzah of Fiducia FC is on loan to Jewell Legends FC
Barkly, March 27 - Jewell Legends has just signed Arif Hamzah of Fiducia FC to be on loan for three matches. The loan that was dealt today cost 25,000 points, at a rather rocketing price taking up a quarter of the initial funds provided at the start of the season. It is reported that the deal was a last minute talk between the managers of both teams. Atiqi, the manager of Jewell Legends, was reported to have been facing player attendance problem which has urged him to decide on the rather wasteful deal. Eventually, all the main line ups were present prior to the match. A fine of 10,000 points was incurred on the team's budget as Atiqi decided to make the deal before the transfer window is due opened next week. The match ended with Jewell Legends FC defeating Muslim United 4-1.

"That was a great game today and to win it with four goals was even more amazing. We struggled to find our rhythm early on, but once everybody settled down, the game was well within our control. We could have scored more if not for the poor quality of finishing. But overall, our play was good although there is still room for further improvement."

"During the start, there wasn't much opposition from Muslim United because they were playing with one man short. Although they did play with 5 players for the better half of the 15 minutes, their effort was really commendable. They showed great teamwork and a lot of fighting spirit to stay afloat in the game. The start of the second half is when both team started to turn on their afterburners. There were a lot of attacking play from both side, with a lot of flair in their pursuit of more goals. It was a fast paced game of football, quite different from the first half. The goals should have been more plentiful. All in all, it was a great game of football. Solid camaraderie and teamwork.Good job guys. This is what football is all about."

"we've played well today, so did them, our team tried very hard and (we were) controlling the game but mistakes did happen. Our lost today is not the end, but it is the starting of a long, hard effort to win the league. "It was a rather good opening match. Though both teams were quite nervous at the beginning but everything went off rather 'chaotic' with all the great shots on target right after the heat arrived. There are still more amendments to be made on the rules for this venue. Street soccer is just too young to have it all in order. But still it was wonderful to be the referee for this match."
